How supplier requests work
Search the supplier by tax ID or legal name
Linkana searches the database and shows the headquarters, branches and the qualifications the supplier already has. If the supplier is not registered yet, you start the request from the same place.
Fill in and submit the request
Choose the category, enter the supplier email and the justification. If your company has custom fields configured, they appear on the same form.
Track progress in real time
Four stages show where the request stands: started, documents submitted, documents reviewed and finished, all the way to the supplier being approved or rejected.

Take requests out of email and loose messages. Each request becomes a trackable item, connected to the supplier's qualification.
Any team can request
The Requests menu is available to any user in the workspace. Requesters submit and track without needing to enter the Qualification module.

When the request is sent, if the supplier does not exist Linkana creates the record and starts qualification in the chosen category, with no manual step.
No duplicate requests
If someone already requested the same supplier in the same category, Linkana links you to that same request instead of opening another.

Cost center, contract type and other internal data go into the request form, some as required when your company defines them.

Enter the supplier email and they receive the invite to submit documents, keeping request and qualification connected end to end.
