Build the evaluation in pillars and questions
Each evaluation has pillars like Quality and Delivery, and each pillar has questions on a 1-to-5 scale or Yes/No. Pillars and questions carry weights you calibrate.
Open a cycle and send the evaluations
Organize evaluations into cycles by period. Send them one by one from the supplier profile or in bulk via CSV to the end users of the product or service.
Track the Performance Score
Linkana calculates the Performance Score as a weighted average at each level and shows the result on the supplier profile, with an individual report per evaluation.
