Expired forms now negatively impact the confidence score in approved and active suppliers. Click here to watch the video that talks more about this impact.

When a form expires in an active supplier, we will generate a new version of it on the expiration date, but already disapproved.

We will automatically insert the reason for disapproval "Expired document" and comment: "The following form has expired and needs to be updated for its qualification to remain valid," notifying the supplier again to resend this form.
If the supplier is inactive, this will not happen, and the form will remain approved and will not impact the supplier's confidence score.
