Why did it change?

Previously, to start a validation that required information from the supplier, it was mandatory to add an invitation email.

When the invitation arrived for the supplier, the experience of viewing or manually filling in unsubmitted information was quite frustrating, with things like “manually advance” and a strange restriction of needing to approve before editing.

What has changed?

Start a validation by choosing when you will invite the supplier to fill in information, and access the new Invitations tab to send or manage invitations at any time during the process.

Have a more visual management of item filling, with progress bars and separation by the configured review groups.
