Why did it change?

It was not possible to configure the users' Teams with permission to review a specific document or questionnaire. For this adjustment, it was necessary to seek help from the account manager at Linkana.

What changed?

The new feature will group the items in the display on the Dashboard and Homologation Information tabs, as well as define the users responsible for reviewing Supplier Fields.

The Review Groups will also replace the Organizers as the triggers for the automatic approval Workflows.

The administrator can now link and unlink reviewer users to existing Review Groups. If no user is listed in a Review Group, any user from the account will be able to review the supplier fields of that group. 

A user who does not have Review supplier fields permission can be linked to a Review Group, but will not be able to conduct any reviews.

To optimize your account experience, we recommend having as few Review Groups as possible. For example, if there is no team from your company associated with a Review Group, consider consolidating with items from other Review Groups to facilitate organization and information viewing :)
