Why did it change?

We know that the form-filling process for suppliers had some challenges. The old screen was not very interactive, created doubts, and made filling out some information difficult. Many suppliers ended up stuck on certain fields, needing to contact support to correct or edit. We wanted to change that by bringing a more intuitive and fluid experience, without rework.

What has changed?

Now, the supplier screen is much more modern, easy to navigate, and with an amazing look!

Suppliers can leave comments on each question, adding context and avoiding back-and-forth.

If any question or document is not answered, the supplier must justify the refusal, helping to keep everything recorded.

We also made improvements in the banking data and signed documents fields, giving more autonomy for the supplier to identify and solve problems without needing our support!

These changes bring much more safety and agility for everyone!
