New Timeline

We have redesigned and added new features to your supplier's timeline!

Now in the timeline, besides being able to track the stage and status changes of a supplier and follow changes in documents that impact the supplier's trust score, you can also add comments, with the possibility to attach a file.

These comments are saved in chronological order, so you can, for example, justify a decision made or add additional information to the process at any time, and everything will be recorded at the exact moment you made this comment.

Furthermore, you can apply filters for event type and event period, to better find the information you are looking for.

Any user can insert a comment within the timeline, without needing any additional permission to do so.

New Form Configuration

We also redesigned the form settings within Linkana.

Besides a new design, you can now duplicate forms and duplicate questions from a form.

Now it is also possible for you to edit names and details of standard Linkana form questions. So if you want to adjust the text of the Balance Sheet form, for example, you can!

Other improvements we made:

• Increase supplier page logo: We increased the size at which your company's logo appears on the supplier account creation page. This way, your brand will have more impact when a supplier starts their qualification with your company.

• Adjust in the last update date of the category: Previously, the last update date of the category had an issue and was not considering all the modifications happening within a category, causing the date not to be updated correctly. This issue has been corrected.
