New name: Qualification score

We will start calling the confidence score the qualification score in our product and knowledge base articles. This helps to differentiate its purpose more clearly in relation to the performance score.

Scores

We have abandoned the nomenclature of "risk levels," and are now calling the levels of each information what they really are: points that will be subtracted in case of problems in the item.

Recommendations

At the time of decision, we will no longer have generic recommendations. The decision-making user will see only the final score of the supplier and a recommendation to observe the company's decision policy for each qualification score:
