New Timeline

We did a redesign and added new features to your supplier's timeline!

Now on the timeline, besides being able to track the changes of steps and the status of a supplier and being able to follow changes in documents that impact the supplier's trust score, you can also add comments, with the option to attach a file.

These comments are saved in chronological order, so you can, for example, make a justification for a decision made or add additional information to the process at any time, and everything will be recorded at the exact moment you made this comment.

In addition, you can apply filters by event type and event period, to better find the information you are looking for.

Any user can insert a comment within the timeline, without needing any additional permissions for that.

New Form Configuration

We also redesigned the form settings within Linkana.

In addition to a new design, you will now be able to duplicate forms and duplicate questions from a form.

We have also made it possible for you to edit names and details of form questions that are standard in Linkana. So if you want to adjust the text of the Balance Sheet form, for example, you can!

Other improvements we made:

• Increase supplier page logo: We increased the size of the logo of your company that appears on the supplier account creation page. Thus, your brand will have more impact when a supplier starts their approval process in your company.

• Adjustment to the last update date of the category: Previously, the last update date of the category had a problem and was not considering all the modifications that happen within a category, causing the date not to be updated correctly. This issue has been fixed.
