Why has it changed?

We know that the process of filling out forms for suppliers had some challenges. The old screen was not very interactive, created doubts, and made it difficult to fill in certain information. Many suppliers ended up getting stuck on certain fields, needing to contact support to correct or edit. We wanted to change this, bringing a more intuitive and fluid experience, without rework.

What has changed?

Now, the supplier screen is much more modern, easy to navigate, and visually stunning!

Suppliers can leave comments on each question, adding context and avoiding back and forth.

If any question or document is left unanswered, the supplier must justify the refusal, helping to keep everything documented.

We also made improvements to the banking data fields and documents for signing, giving more autonomy to the supplier to identify and resolve issues without needing our support!

These changes bring much more security and agility for everyone!
