Why has it changed?
The number of features is growing so much that our old tabbed menu was becoming very crowded. Additionally, the experience divided into two types of menus (top and bottom) was confusing many of our users.
What has changed?
We have reorganized everything for you into a single beautiful and modern menu, which you can access through the settings button in the lower left corner of the screen. In this new view, you will be able to see all existing settings screens in Linkana.
Users without administrator permission will only see the Profile option, which includes user information and notification rules.
Users with administrator permission will have access to the complete view, including:
Profile: User information and notification rules.
Company - Name, logo, and user management.
Approval - Categories, fields, organizers, approval flows, tags, and advanced settings.
