Information Archiving

We understand the importance of ensuring that no vendor information is lost over time, even if it is no longer part of your company's current process; therefore, we have improved the way we display this information within the vendor.

Whenever information is no longer linked to a category or has been archived in the settings menu, we will ensure that the information is also archived in the vendor, making it possible to consult it whenever necessary.

You won't even need to press the "Synchronize category" button for this to happen. The platform already does this process for you automatically!

If you want to unarchive any information, just add it again to the category, except for custom forms that have been archived. For now, we still do not have the option to unarchive a form that was archived in the settings menu.


Other improvements we have made:

  • Simplification of category synchronization: We removed the synchronization lock in categories when the synchronization impacts more than 500 vendors. Now, in this scenario, you will be able to synchronize the category yourself, without needing to go through someone at Linkana.

  • New checkout screen for the vendor: Now vendors can access the checkout screen at any time to review and submit their forms for the review stage, ensuring a better user experience and avoiding communication problems.

  • New signing flow via ZapSign: Now, it is mandatory for vendors to complete the signature on ZapSign before submitting the final forms, thus ensuring a more efficient process. In addition, we have provided the vendor with the signature link in the interface to facilitate access and allow them to share it with the company's legal representative.
