
Why did it change?
It was not possible to configure the Teams of users with permission to review a specific document or questionnaire. For this adjustment, it was necessary to request help from the account manager at Linkana.
What has changed?
The new functionality will group the items in the view on the Panel and Qualification Information tab, as well as define the users responsible for reviewing Supplier Fields.

The Review Groups will also replace the Organizers as the triggers for automatic Approval Flows.
The administrator can now link and unlink reviewing users to the existing Review Groups. If no user is listed in a Review Group, any user in the account can review the supplier fields of that group.
A user who does not have permission to Review supplier fields can be linked to a Review Group, but will not be able to carry out any reviews.
To optimize the experience of your account, we recommend that you have as few Review Groups as possible. For example, if there is no team from your company linked to a Review Group, consider merging with items from other Review Groups to facilitate the organization and visualization of information :)
