Expired forms now negatively impact the trust score in approved and active suppliers. Click here to see the video that talks more about this impact.

When a form expires with an active supplier, we will generate a new version of it on the expiration date, but it will be disapproved.

We will automatically insert the reason for disapproval as "Expired document" and the comment: "The following form has expired and needs to be updated for its approval to remain valid," notifying the supplier again to resubmit this form.
If the supplier is inactive, this will not happen, and the form will remain approved and will not impact the trust score of the supplier.
