Here are the new features of Linkana's product for the month of December 2024:

• We now allow re-qualification in the same Category. With this, we removed the reversal functionality of disapproval of the Qualification.

• The accounting unit of the usage volume in the product was renamed from "Active" Suppliers to "Connected", and users now have more flexibility to connect and disconnect Suppliers at any time.

• Due to changes in the product's data architecture and functionalities, we updated the Dashboards by removing old panels and creating the new Linkana Standard Dashboard (tab Standard). We also started offering a Custom Dashboard (tab Custom) for clients with Exclusive service.

• We have made available three new Document Question Types "Number" and "Email" and "CPF".

• We created a new field in Documents called Source to determine the creation trigger for each of its versions.

• To facilitate the control of expired Documents, we now create a new version of the Document already in the period of 30 days before its expiration instead of just requesting a new version from the supplier. The new version is created in the Pending situation, and if the Document is not updated within the deadline, its status changes to Rejected automatically.

• The Favorites functionality was discontinued because its use case is now better served by creating Tags to filter Suppliers.
