Why did it change?

Previously, to start a qualification that required information from the supplier, it was mandatory to add an invitation email.

When the invitation reached the supplier, the experience of viewing or manually filling in unsent information was quite annoying, with things like “manual advance” and a weird restriction of needing to approve before editing.

What changed?

Start a qualification by choosing when you will invite the supplier to fill in information, and access the new Invitations tab to send or manage invitations at any point in the process.

Manage the item completion more visually, with progress bars and separation by the configured review groups.
