Automatic Supplier Synchronization

Whenever you edit a category of a supplier, we ensure that all active suppliers are updated according to this change, including suppliers with ongoing approval. Click here to watch the video that explains more about this:

In addition, we made a change that, when a supplier is disapproved in the process, they will automatically become inactive. To reverse this inactivation, you will need to reverse the disapproval of the supplier.

Other improvements we made:

• New button for category report: We are testing a new button in the suppliers listing to generate the report of the categories in the environment. This report exports a matrix with all the inquiries and forms linked to each category and its risk level.

• Add information about the person responsible for archiving the information: We are now bringing in the interface who was the user responsible for archiving a piece of information in the supplier, that is, who was the user that removed the information from the category to which the supplier is linked.

• New pop-up for news in Linkana: We created a component that appears for all users whenever a new post is made within the product's News page, so you won't miss any news we release in Linkana.

• Creation of the inquiry for Labor Exploitation Infractions: Creating the new inquiry for Labor Exploitation infractions, which previously made up the inquiry for labor exploitation from the ESG Rating. This inquiry can be added to your environment by your success consultant at Linkana.
