Update of the Supplier's Name

Now the supplier's name in Linkana is no longer stuck in time, as it was before!

Always with the update of the tax database, which happens monthly, the corporate name of the supplier will be automatically updated according to this latest update. This is reflected everywhere in the tool where the corporate name appears, such as in the supplier's header, in the supplier listing, or in the supplier report.

Able to Hide the Feature of Not Requesting Forms from the Supplier

In many cases, we need to ensure that supplier forms are always collected correctly according to the category, without being able to bypass this process.

This is especially true if you use Linkana integrated into your ERP, where fields such as bank data and tax data are mandatory for registration in the ERP.

With this in mind, we have now made it configurable to "I don't want to request forms from the supplier" when adding new suppliers. This way, you can ensure that all added suppliers will have their registration data collected.

Other Improvements We Made:

• Fixing the Login Flow with Uppercase: We had an issue where if you typed the email in uppercase or lowercase, Linkana considered them to be 2 different emails (example: Marcelo@linkana.com or marcelo@linkana.com). This has been fixed and now they are considered the same email.

• Notify Supplier When They Are Moved Forward in the Process: In the supplier panel at the "Waiting for Supplier" stage, we have a "Move Supplier Forward" button, where you could move the supplier to the "Waiting for Review" stage regardless of the status of the resubmission request forms. Now, when this button is pressed, we notify the supplier so they are not confused that they previously needed to send pending forms and now they no longer need to send them.
