Information Filing
We know the importance of not losing any supplier information over time, even if it is no longer part of your company's current process, that's why we have improved the way we display this information within the supplier.

Whenever information is no longer linked to a category or if it has been archived in the settings menu, we will ensure that the information is also archived within the supplier, allowing you to consult it whenever necessary.

You won't even need to press the "Synchronize category" button for this to happen. The platform does this process for you automatically!
In case you want to unarchive any information, just add it back to the category, except for custom forms that have been archived. For now, we still don't have the option to unarchive a form that has been archived in the settings menu.
Other improvements we made:
Category synchronization simplification: We removed the synchronization lock on categories when synchronization will impact more than 500 suppliers. Now, in this scenario, you can synchronize the category yourself, without needing to go through someone from Linkana.
New checkout screen for the supplier: Now suppliers can access the checkout screen at any time to review and submit their forms for the review stage, ensuring a better user experience and avoiding communication issues.
New signing flow via ZapSign: Now, suppliers must complete the signing in ZapSign before submitting the final forms, ensuring a more efficient process. Additionally, we provide the supplier with the signature link in the interface, to facilitate its access and so that it can be shared with the company's legal responsible person.
