New name: Certification Score

We will now refer to the trust score as the certification score in our product and knowledge base articles. This helps to differentiate its purpose more clearly in relation to the performance score.

Scores

We have abandoned the terminology of "risk levels," and we are now calling each information level what they actually are: points that will be deducted in case of issues with the item.

Recommendations

At the time of decision-making, there will no longer be generic recommendations. The decision-maker will only see the final score of the supplier and a recommendation to observe the company's decision policy for each certification score:
