Why did it change?

By clicking on "Approve homologation", the process would finalize in just one click. Since it is an irreversible action, mistaken approvals were quite problematic, as the only alternative for the approving user was to delete the supplier and restart the process from the beginning.

It was also not possible to insert comments and justifications in case of approval, as was already possible in the case of disapproval.

What has changed?

Now, when clicking on Approve homologation, an alert box will be displayed to confirm the homologation, reducing the risk of accidental approvals.

It is also possible to comment directly in the alert box, recording justifications and relevant information of the decision for the history and visibility of other users.

New supplier filter

Now you can filter suppliers by Approval flow, which was previously the only feature of the list that did not have this option.
