Why did it change?

When clicking on "Approve qualification", the process was completed with just one click. Since it is an irreversible action, approvals by mistake were quite problematic because the only alternative for the approving user was to delete the supplier and restart the process from the beginning.

Also, it was not possible to insert comments and justifications in case of approval, as was already possible in the case of disapproval.

What changed?

Now, when clicking on Approve qualification, an alert box will be displayed to confirm the qualification, reducing the risk of accidental approvals.

It is also possible to comment directly in the alert box, recording justifications and relevant decision information for history and visibility to other users.

New supplier filter

Now you can filter suppliers by Approval Flow, which was previously the only characteristic of the list that did not have this option.
