Here are the product updates from Linkana from January 24 to 31, 2025:

Suppliers

  • We created a new situation of Pending Documents "Problems found" to signal the existence of rejected documents in a Supplier.

Documents

  • The Standard Document Commercial Contact now has format validation on the question Email.

Dashboards

  • We added the fields "Most Recent Contact", "Created by" and "Tags" in the tab Suppliers > Supplier List. With that, we removed the old Supplier Tag List.

  • We added fields in testing (BETA) for controlling the Lead time of Approvals in the tab Approvals > Approval List.
