Here are the product updates from Linkana from January 1 to 24, 2025:

Suppliers

• We now display the History of Approvals on the Supplier screen.

• You can now waive the submission of a Document by the supplier on the Supplier panel awaiting supplier.

Documents

• It is now possible to set an automatic approval rule for Documents submitted by suppliers.

• We adjusted the names of the Document Question Types "Single selection button", “Multiple choice box” and "Multiple selection dropdown list" to clarify the rules of selectable options more easily.

Tasks

• We separated the Tasks into tabs of Reviews and Approvals to make it easier to visualize pending actions of different natures.

Settings

• It is now possible to export your list of users and their respective permissions in the Users tab.
