Here are the product updates from Linkana from January 01 to 24, 2025:

Suppliers

• We now display the Approval History on the supplier screen.

• You can now dispense with sending a Document via the supplier on the supplier panel awaiting supplier.

Documents

• It is now possible to set an automatic approval rule for documents submitted by suppliers.

• We adjusted the names of the Document Question Types "Single selection button", "Multiple selection box" and "Multiple selection dropdown" to make selectable option rules more explicit.

Tasks

• We separated the Tasks into Reviews and Approvals tabs to facilitate viewing pending actions of a distinct nature.

Settings

• You can now export your user list and respective permissions in the Users tab.
