BV started the transformation in November 2021 with Linkana, the first networked supplier management platform in Brazil. Through 2022 the supplier-base rollout focused on the most critical and strategic categories. In 2023, the focus shifted to operational maturity — process tuning, team training and stakeholder engagement. The milestone came in 2024, when the entire supplier base was managed exclusively through Linkana, in a single centralized flow.
