Why did it change?
Previously, there was no specific way to re-qualify a supplier in Linkana, that is, to make a new decision of approval or disapproval in the same category.
The user was forced to take alternative actions such as reversing their first decision, which led to a loss of history and important information.
What changed?
Finally, now you can re-qualify suppliers as many times as you want, regardless of whether the previous decision was disapproval or approval.
With the re-qualification, the history of previous decisions remains intact, no longer requiring deletion or unnecessary rework. Therefore, it is no longer possible to reverse decisions! 😍
For now, it is still not possible to view the history of qualifications and re-qualifications on the supplier page, but you can track all the decisions made in the timeline. ⏳
